Personal Training

Long days sitting, busy schedules, lack of knowledge and confidence are common barriers preventing employees from exercising. An in-house personal trainer is a great way to give employees the opportunity to improve their physical fitness. The convenience of individual personal training sessions provide the employee with scheduling flexibility, accountability, motivation and to learn proper exercise technique and form to maximize results and minimize risk of injury. If sufficient employee interest, personal training sessions can be arranged by individuals at their expense.
